You can quickly translate uploaded documents into another language while preserving the original formatting and design, including logos, tables, and other visual elements.
The translation is processed securely via the DeepL API, and the result is provided as a downloadable document.
Access Your Documents
- Open the Documents section in the sidebar.
- Navigate to the folder containing the document you want to translate.
Above the document view on the right-hand side, you’ll find:
- A dropdown menu to select the target language/locale
- A Translate with DeepL button
Translate a Document
- Select the target language from the dropdown menu.
- Click Translate with DeepL.
The translation process may take a moment. Please do not leave the page or close your browser during this time.
Once the translation is complete:
- The translated document is automatically downloaded to your browser’s configured downloads folder.
- Formatting and design from the original document are preserved.
Currently, only PDF download is available.
Configure the DeepL Integration
You can manage the DeepL integration in Configuration → Integrations from the sidebar.
- The integration is enabled by default but can be disabled if preferred.
- You can view your translation quota usage in this section.
- By default, your organization has a translation quota of 500,000 characters.
Privacy and Security
- All translations are processed securely via the DeepL API.
- No content is stored outside your organization beyond the translation process.
