The Prompt Library helps you create, organize, and reuse effective prompts for your daily work. You can build your own prompts or use those shared across your organization.
Open and Browse the Prompt Library
In the main chat window, select the Prompt Library icon in the top-right corner. It looks like a small row of books with vertical lines of different heights. A panel slides in from the right-hand side of the window.
The Prompt Library has two tabs:
- Your prompts: prompts you’ve created for your own use.
- Company: prompts shared by your organization’s administrators.
Each tab includes:
- a search bar to filter prompts by keywords in the title or prompt text.
- a grid view displaying prompt tiles (two per row).
Create and Manage Your Prompts
In the Your prompts tab, you can add or remove prompts:
- To create a prompt, select + Add prompt at the bottom of the panel to create a new one. Provide a Title and the prompt text.
- To delete a prompt, select the × icon in the top-right corner of the tile.
Prompts cannot be shared with specific teams or users at this time.
Use a Prompt in Chat
Click any prompt tile to open it in the chat input field.
You can send it directly or adjust the text before submitting it.
Create and Manage Company Prompts
To create or delete prompts that appear in the Company tab, go to Configuration in the sidebar. Then, navigate to Prompts.
From there, admins can:
- Select + Add prompt to create a new prompt
- Use the Trash can icon in the prompt table to delete one
