Rate an Answer
To rate an answer, select one of the options in the bottom left corner at the end of the response:
- Thumbs up icon: Indicates the response was helpful and met your needs.
- Thumbs down icon: Choose this if the response was inaccurate or unclear.
Give Detailed Feedback
If you click the thumbs down, a modal will appear asking:
"What is the issue with this response? What could be improved?"
You can provide free-text feedback to explain:
- What was missing from the response.
- What was incorrect about the answer.
- What you expected instead.
This helps the team understand how to improve responses and address any gaps in functionality.
Occasionally Asked Questions
The feedback is visible in a system admin view, which is accessible internally. While we don’t share this data by default, it can be exported upon special request.
No. The feedback is primarily used to help us understand system performance at scale across the entire customer base. We’re not able to respond to individual comments or reach out to users directly based on their input.
Account admins may choose to use the collected feedback internally, especially during trial periods or early rollout phases, to support user adoption and monitor engagement.
