You can enhance your Extract project by adding an Action Button to the grid interface. This button allows users to directly launch a website, such as a follow-up workflow or a dashboard, enabling seamless transitions from extracted data to the next step in your process.
Let’s say you’re reviewing employment contracts and want to send flagged contracts for legal review. You can:
- Extract the relevant data (e.g. termination clause status),
- Then configure the Action Button to launch a BRYTER workflow where lawyers can confirm or escalate issues.
How to Add an Action Button
- Navigate to the Settings page in your Extract project.
- Under Action button, provide the following:
- Label: The name that should appear on the button (e. g. Dashboard).
- Link: Paste the URL of the website you want to launch.
- Click Save to confirm.
The Action Button is visible to all users with access to the Extract project. Make sure the linked page has the correct permissions for users who will access it.
