Customer Data
To provide infrastructure that helps with the delivery of its services BRYTER uses third-party software to process customer data such as names and email addresses. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) between BRYTER and any third-party software provider, located outside the EU, ensure that appropriate safeguards for personal data transfers are in place. Only non-sensitive data (i.e., names, work email addresses, etc.) is transferred to third-party software providers outside the EU. BRYTER also entered into data processing agreements with each third-party software provider which imposes on such provider the same contractual obligations that BRYTER has with regard to its customers.
For a list of our sub-processors, please see our Privacy Policy.
