Customer Data
BRYTER will retain customer data in accordance with all applicable terms and conditions in this privacy policy, the master service agreement, and customer's use of the services, and to the extent required by law. Deletion of customer data and other use of the services by customers may result in the deletion of certain and related miscellaneous information and/or the removal of identifying information. BRYTER may
retain customer data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy and the master service agreement. This may include storing data for the period following the expiration of your subscription term as required by BRYTER to pursue legitimate interests such as enforcing the master service agreement, conduct audits, meet (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement.
Each customer can always exercise their right to be forgotten at any time using a data deletion order.
User Data
BRYTER retains user data during the contractual relationship between BRYTER and the customer expect otherwise agreed between the parties. BRYTER also retains log files in which the IP address of the user is saved three months as of the last login. Furthermore, users can always exercise their right to be forgotten at any time using a data deletion order.
