Personal data processed by BRYTER comprises both customer and user data.
Customer Data
Customer data refers to any personal data that is related to customer communication. It may be linked to contract conditions, orders, support, and service fulfillment (emails, service requests, service reports, invoices …).
User Data
User data refers to any personal login data or any other data entered in the front- or backend of the BRYTER software (each of them also referred to as “Frontend” and “Backend”) by either customer’s employees or customer’s clients. We differentiate between authorized users and end-users. Authorized users create an account and have access to the Backend in order to build Applications (we also refer to them as authors). BRYTER collects personal login data of authors as well as additional personal data depending on each author’s voluntary data input into the Backend. BRYTER has no influence on the scope of this additional personal data, as it solely depends on the Application built by the author, i.e. whether the Application should collect personal data or not.
BRYTER only collects personal login data of end users, if authors require the end-user:
- to log in to use an application in the frontend, or
- to input personal data into the frontend. BRYTER does not have any influence
on the scope of this additional personal data, as it solely depends on the
application built by authors.
