BRYTER is a browser-based application which runs on every modern PC or Mac. There are different system requirements for the author workspace and end user interface.
Author workspace
Creating modules in the backend requires Chrome by Google, Firefox by Mozilla, Microsoft Edge Version 88+, or Safari by Apple. BRYTER supports browser versions no older than 12 months. If you are not sure whether your browser is supported by BRYTER, you can get the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
Currently, there are no known issues regarding browser add-ons. However, some configurations of add-ons can lead to a slower performance and further unknown issues. If you experience these issues, try to deactivate the add-on.
End user interface
BRYTER's end user interface is targeted to a wide audience and is available on all modern web-browsers. This includes browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox with a version not older than 24 months.
❕ Please note that building and using BRYTER might be restricted by your VPN settings or in some countries and regions, for example People's Republic of China (PRC). Your organization's infrastructure team should be able to advise.
