The BRYTER platform includes a built-in statistics dashboard, which offers insights into your module's usage over time and provides access to recorded responses from individual users.
You can access this dashboard by clicking on the three dot icon in the module list of your application or in the publishing dialog. Additionally, you will find a log of background tasks for modules run on collections in the same menu.
By default, the dashboard displays data from the past year and allows you to download this information. However, you have the flexibility to adjust start and end dates for the displayed data as needed. Also, by clicking on Filter, you can select which columns to display.
You can download your statistics to visualize your data using tool like Microsoft Excel.
Disable collecting module data for statistics
By default, data expiration follows the global data retention policy for the specific environment. However, you also have the option to opt-out of collecting module data for statistics when you publish your module.
If you enable Limit storage of user answers in the module publishing configurations, all module data, including user answers, files, and attachments, will be deleted after 24 hours. This option is environment-specific, allowing you to disable statistics for the Test environment while keeping them enabled for the Live environment and vice versa.

Background tasks
Run Module on Collection action is now called Batch Process action
Please note that the Run Module on Collection (RMoC) action has been renamed to Batch Process action. The functionality and features discussed in this documentation remain the same.
When module executions have been trigger in the background using a Batch Process action, a BACKGROUND TASKS tab will appear. In this tab, you will find a session log that lists all instances of these background tasks. Additionally, you have the option to delve into the details of an individual session for further information and analysis.
