To access BEAMON AI, follow these steps:
1. Go to the BEAMON login page
- Navigate to https://ai.bryter.io
2. Enter your tenant key
- In the Company name field, enter the tenant key provided to you. This key is usually shared by your BEAMON admin when you’re invited to the platform.
3. Log in with your email and password
- Use the email address you were invited with and the password you set when accepting the invitation.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
I’m receiving the “User does not exist.” error.
This typically means you're either:

Using the wrong tenant key

Logging in with an incorrect email address
In this case, please reach out to your BEAMON admin to confirm your correct login details and tenant key.
I haven’t received an invitation email.
If you’ve never received an invitation, please, ask your BEAMON admin to send you one.
I have accepted the invitation but didn’t set a password.
If you accepted the invitation but didn’t complete the signup process:

Try searching for the original invitation email in your inbox.

Click Accept invitation again.

You’ll be prompted to enter your name and set a password.
