With List view, you can view nodes or transitions displayed in a tabular list format instead of the standard module graph.
List view enables authors to display a module's content to an internal audience in a way that does not require knowledge of the graph at large. You would use list view, e.g., for a live demo for colleagues.
Use list view to display nodes and transitions
Access list view via the list icon below the search field in the top left corner of your editor. Select the Close button to return to the default graph.
In list view, you can see nodes and their content, including all options or fields and notes, or transitions, including their conditions.
(Display) options in list view
- To choose the displayed component, select Nodes or Transitions in the field next to View.
- By clicking on a row, you can modify a node or transition in the side panel without returning to the graph view.
- Deselect Compact view to increase row height to fit the entire content of all nodes or transitions. Alternatively, expand or collapse individual nodes or transitions.
- Select the Content language to determine the language in which the Content and Fields columns are displayed.
- By default, the list displays only transitions with custom conditions. Toggle off the Hide "always" rules field to display all transitions.
- Search across all nodes, selected node types, or further narrow down your search to quickly find specific nodes or components.
Search list view and find specific nodes, transitions or components
Type your search term in the search bar. The number of matches will be displayed next to the search bar. The matching results will be shown in the list below and highlighted in green. The search function only applies to nodes or transitions, depending on what you have selected in the View field.
- Search in: You can narrow down your search results by specifying the areas you want the search term to match. You can choose to search in labels, content, fields, or notes, depending on your specific requirements.
- Node type: You can also narrow down your search results by limiting them to a specific node type. You can choose entire categories, such as input nodes or integration nodes, or specific node types, such as Create Document action node or Date input node.
