Typical use cases for Adobe Sign
NDA and other standard agreements
Legal departments need signatures on standard agreements, generated from templates. Without automation, people have to download the document templates and then either print the agreement and and sign with ‘wet ink’, or have access to a document signing tool where they can manually upload the final document for signing. BRYTER integration speeds up the process by triggering the signing process automatically, by generating the document to sign and using a pre-configured list of signatories.
Transaction signing assistant
After negotiating a corporate transaction, lawyers manage all of the parties who have to sign documents. Signing documents after negotiating a corporate transaction is a time-consuming process. It involves multiple parties, as well as the exchange of ancillary documentation. Keeping track of the signing process’ status is often manual and can easily lead to inaccuracies and missing information.
This integration enables the lawyer to send the transaction documents that require signatures to multiple parties at the same time, ensuring the signing process is standard and streamlined for each party and transaction. This benefits clients, who get more transparency and timely updates on the projects they are involved in, especially when lawyers are managing multiple transactions at the same time.
Board minutes
In most countries, companies are legally required to record and share the minutes of a board meeting. A BRYTER board minutes generator can help someone assigned to record the meeting to generate, approve and share meeting minutes. BRYTER integration enhances this process to include collecting electronic signatures from the people who have to approve the minutes, further saving time and helping ensure compliance.
