The editor is the core of the BRYTER Platform where tools and applications (“modules”) are built and maintained. The editor allows you to create the business logic and processes of your application in a no-code, visual graph builder. The editor allows the choice of a great variety of different building blocks (“nodes”, “actions”, and "values") and components to build a module. The different building blocks can be assembled to build all sorts of different applications with different input and output sources, workflows, and processes. The drag and drop interface can be used to support even the most complex logic and to build complex routes through your application. Follow this article to fully understand all components of the BRYTER platform.

[ BRYTER Logo] Exit to Services
Click the BRYTER logo to exit your Module. Unlike the regular exit via the [ x ] button, the BRYTER logo will exit into Services, the homepage.
[ 1 ] Service name
The Service name is located in the left upper hand corner, next to the BRYTER logo - which would lead you back to the Services list. The title of the Service can only be amended in the settings of the Service. Clicking on the Service name, will lead you back to the Service where you can access other components of this Service (for example, other modules, case databases or data views).
[ 2 ] Module name (or case database name or data view name)
The Module name is located in the left upper hand corner, next to the Service name. When you create a new Module, the default Module name will be "New Module". When hovering over the name, a pen icon will appear which indicates that you can Rename the module. Click on the name and type to enter the new or amended name.
[ 3 ] Help
Click the Help button to enter BRYTER's Support Center. You can browse through different categories or use the search bar to learn more about specific features. The Support Center offers additional content like, for example, Use case ideation materials.
[ 4 ] Dropdown to log out or access Admin Console
Click on the dropdown arrow next to your name to log out of your BRYTER tenant or - if you are an admin - access the Admin Console from here.

[ 5 ] Quick find or Search
Click the Quick find button to access an integrated search bar that enables Module authors to search for specific keywords used in the Module. Quick find scans for Node names as well as notes, and even transitions. Matches are highlighted in a green color.
[ 6 ] Build mode (soon)
Build mode allows authors to actually create their graph and add or amend nodes within the no-code editor. Authors can easily switch between build and inspect mode.
[ 7 ] Inspect mode (soon)
Inspect mode allows authors to trace the execution of their modules, simulate the execution of integrations, and provide mock data for database nodes.
[ 8 ] Info
Click the Info icon to provide a Module summary. Authors can include information about the module to remind of its purpose, its status or review dates, contact details, or to communicate with other collaborators around process.
[ 9 ] History
Click the History button to access different versions of your Module. For instance, you can restore your Module to an earlier version.
[ 10 ] Preview
Click the Preview button to access the Wizard. The Wizard (also known as Frontend) shows the interface your users will see once the Module is published.
[ 11 ] Publish
Click the launching rocketship icon to enter publishing mode. You can publish your modules to separate ‘Test’ and ‘Live’ environments to share them for both testing or live use with your internal colleagues and/or external users.
[ 12 ] List view
Click the list view button to leave Graph view and enter list view. It provides Module authors with an additional way of viewing the content of their Module. In the list view, the content of all Nodes and the conditions applied on transitions are displayed in a tabular list.
[ 13 ] Collapse sidebar
Click the [ > ] button to collapse the sidebar. When you select any Node, the a menu appears in the side bar. When no Node is selected, you are shown a random helpful tip.
[ 14 ] Zoom
You can zoom in and out using the plus and minus icons in the bottom left corner. Clicking the center button between the plus and minus buttons will set your Module at 100 %, reseting it to its initial position, allowing for easy navigation.
[ 15 ] Undo/Redo
You can use the arrow icons in the bottom left of the canvas to undo and redo your actions.
[ 16 ] Quick check
Quick Check is a real-time helper for modules to help highlight and fix common errors and offers suggestions on how to resolve potential issues. The quick checker can be accessed in the editor by clicking on the new asterix icon in the lower right corner of the graph screen. The icon will be highlighted with a blue dot when potential issues has been detected that an author should review.
