There are multiple ways to deliver business knowledge to your customers digitally. BRYTER incorporates a lot of possibilities regarding output including webpages, documents, emails, or integrations using third-party software. It is also possible to combine all of these outputs together within a single module. Every output is created in the same workflow using Nodes. Unlike having to learn multiple software packages, BRYTER is the only tool you need to deliver your expert knowledge to your users.
Web via Results
The simplest and most straightforward way to hand over knowledge is by displaying it on the web using a Result Node. There, you will enter all the information your user needs when completing the module. Delivering via web can be realized by either using the module as a standalone website, by sharing the public link, or by embedding it into other environments. These environments can be normal websites or services like Microsoft Teams or intranet solutions like Microsoft Sharepoint.
BRYTER modules work well on both desktop and mobile devices.
A common way of delivering legal knowledge is through documents. BRYTER allows you to fully automate that process with its in-built document generation functionality. You don't need any additional software to achieve this. Document generation can be done on a simple level by pasting the content from a Result into the document or in a more sophisticated way by using customized document templates that match your corporate identity. You can also push this to another level by adding or removing clauses based on the logic of your module. In the end, BRYTER will generate a Microsoft Word or PDF document that your user can download.

BRYTER comes with an in-built email sending functionality. This allows you to send fully customized and automated emails to yourself, your user, or other respondents. You can summarize all the information for your user in an email or send an alert in a risky due diligence check. You can also coordinate handover processes by informing all responsible parties in a decision chain using emails.
Integrations to 3rd party
It is possible to connect BRYTER to other applications which facilitate knowledge delivery, store data, or trigger certain actions. For example, you can link BRYTER to the electronic signature application DocuSign to digitally sign contracts that are generated by BRYTER.
Knowledge can also be stored in a database. Collect all answers from your users and place them into an external database or a case database that you can access either with BRYTER or another database management tool. This is great if your module will be used by a large number of users.
If you want to measure the performance of your module or have an overview of all module responses, the statistics functionality of BRYTER will definitely help. It allows you to get a high-level overview of all module sessions in comparison to completed module sessions. You can also look up all individual module sessions by viewing the responses of your users and accessing any files stored File Upload or Document nodes.
