Everyone with access to the team account on the BRYTER AI Agents tenant can grant access to other team members. To do so, all you need is their email address.
- In the BRYTER AI Agents sidebar, select (Configuration). There, select
Team. - Click Add a team member in the top-right corner.
- Enter their email address and click Send invite.
- You should now see them in the Team list with the status Pending invite.
- Once the new user accepts the invitation and creates their personal account, their status will change to Active user.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes, invitation emails may not arrive in users' inboxes. Follow these steps if invitation emails seem to be lost:
- Ask the user to thoroughly check for the invitation in the spam folder of their email program.
- If not found, go to (Configuration) and locate them in the list of users. Ensure their status is still Pending invite and delete them from the system by clicking the trash can icon on the right.
- Now, you can invite them again, and the system will send out a new email.
- You can repeat this process several times if necessary.
